Return and Replacement Policy

RETURN POLICY

1. Return the unassembled item in their original packaging within 3 days. The returned products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods / products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Elisa Home will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the products, customer will receive their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.

2. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

3. Refunds will be done via the initial payment mode and may take up to 14 working days.

4. Our 3-day return policy does not apply to damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse and incorrect self-assembly. Must provide the photo of damaged before install and the damaged carton(box) photo.

5. You are responsible for any costs incurred in the returning of the product(s) unless the product is faulty or not as described. There are certain circumstances, where at our sole discretion we are not able to accept returns, cancel orders or offer a refund unless the product(s) is faulty (or unless there is any other breach of your statutory rights).

6. These exclusions are as follows:
- Where you do not have proof of purchase;
- Where the product(s) are returned without full packaging;
- Where the product(s) are not returned in a saleable condition; and
- Where the product is a food or drink, perishable product (cut flowers or plants) or any other product(s) to which the exclusions in regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, apply.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

1. Contact our customer service within 3 days, together with a photo of the broken board(s) and its number or missing part(s). The broken part(s) is advised to recycle it, we will not request to return to us. If it is not significant part(s), you are advised to install the other parts and waiting for the replacement reach.

2. Our 3-day replacement policy does not apply to damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse and incorrect self-assembly. Must provide the photo of damaged before install and the damaged carton(box) photo.

3. *We will not bear any responsibilities of any damaged after installed. But you can also contact our customer service for inquiry to buy the broken or missing part(s).
